HARDY, Ky. – The Pike County Sheriff’s Department (PCSD) is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on various drug charges.
An anonymous tip came into the Pike County Sheriff’s Office on November 10.
The caller told informed the department of a home located at 52 Lower Camp in Hardy, Ky that was being used as an indoor marijuana growing operation.
Pike County Deputies then obtained a search warrant.
Upon serving the search warrant, deputies discovered 26 marijuana plants growing in an upstairs bedroom.
Along with the plants, 40 grams of dried marijuana, a hookah bong, two working scales and a diagram labeling the marijuana growth was discovered.
David Collins has not been arrested at this time and any tip of his where about will be helpful.
There were active warrants on Collins for previous charges at the time of the bust.
Collins has been charged with cultivating marijuana, trafficking marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
