INEZ – Three face charges related to the manufacture of methamphetamine after an arrest was made in the Warfield area of Martin County Ky. on Friday April 9.
The arrest was made by the Martin County Sheriff’s Department around 9 p.m. in the 300 block of Collins Creek Road.
Rodrick Mollette 21 of Inez, Floyd A. Luster II 23 of Warfield and Arica Marcum 21 of Warfield have been charged with the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
A four year old and a dog were also found within the residence adding additional charges.
Along with manufacturing methamphetamine, Mollette was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a minor and first degree possession of a controlled substance.
Luster received additional charges related to endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, cruelty to animals, theft of a services and public nuisance through the accumulation of rubbish.
Marcum was also charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, cruelty to animals and public nuisance through the accumulation of rubbish.
