Local singer celebrates album release with free concert

DELBARTON – To celebrate her most recent album release, recording artist Renea Roberts will have a free concert and album signing Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Delbarton Opry House.

West Virginia native and Nashville recording artist, Renea Roberts returns to her roots to release her most recent major album “Rough around the Edges”. This free concert will take place at the Delbarton Opry House located at 14 Ance Curry Drive, Delbarton, W. Va. on November 14th at 7 p.m.

Renea Roberts will be singing and telling the stories behind each song off the album.

There will also be a meet and greet following the show. This will give each fan the opportunity to be one on one, up close and personal to get their copy of the album signed as well as other merchandise and pictures with Renea.

Renea recently held a talent contest entitled “Voice of the Valley” at her home town high school, Tug Valley. The winner received the opportunity to open the show for Renea Roberts at her album release concert. For Renea, giving back to her community and being a role model has not only been a passion but it’s one of her top priorities.

This time last year, Renea released a major music video of her latest single filmed right here in her home town high school Tug Valley titled “Stand Your Ground”. This video is being played in the Mingo County Schools for anti-bully month.

Renea also brought home the Nashville, Tennessee Josie Show Country Blast Radio music video of the year award for “Stand Your Ground”.

She has been featured in many magazines for her accomplishments including Today and Tonight Magazine, The Inside Magazine and Cashbox Magazine.

She was also featured on Klaw Morning Crew Catch of the Day for Klaw 101 Oklahoma’s best country radio as best upcoming new artist.

Renea recently returned from a show in Florida where she interviewed with four radio stations : The Big Max 98.3, WLKF 1430, WONN 107.1, and Florida’s biggest radio station 97 Country 97.5fm WPCV where Renea was the featured guest on the CMA award nominated Morning Show with Roger Todd & Mellisa Moran of the 97 Country Breakfast Club.
