Williamson Memorial Hospital (WMH) held a community leadership open house and reception Tuesday evening in their education room at the facility.
A large crowd turned out for the event including local civic leaders, business people and others. There were also physicians in attendance including CEO Cindy Segar-Miller, Chief of Staff Dr. Dino Beckett, new general surgeon Dr. Luis Rondon and many other department managers of the hospital.
Refreshments were served and a power point presentation was also provided with information on the facility.
Packets were also provided with information on the facility about the services now provided by WMH.
“Williamson Memorial Hospital is committed to developing mutually beneficial partnerships with our communities’ business leaders. The Community Leadership open house provided an excellent forum for community leaders to get to know us before they need us,” Segar-Miller said.
“Our commitment to Community Cares Culture is reflected by our employees and physicians creating a great place for employees to work,” the CEO stated. “The Standards of Behavior make these values visible in our attitudes and in our work.”
The packet and slide presentation talked about the hospitals services and accreditation.
Miller stated that WMH recently “spruced up 40” inpatient rooms to better meet the needs of their patients.
