Jason Duty, 37, of Delbarton, passed away November 4, 2012, at Lenore, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born March 7, 1975, the son of Charles Ron and Karen Toops Duty of Columbus, Ohio.
He is also survived by his daughter, Marcella “Ali” Duty of Grove City, Ohio; brothers, Chuck Duty and wife Kristal and Jacob Duty and wife Stephanie both of Columbus; sister, Charity Smith and husband Andy and Spring Duty both of Columbus. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Thursday, November 8, at the Chafin Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Duty Cemetery at Ragland. Visitation will be at the funeral home chapel Wednesday evening from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
