Keith Allen McIntosh Sr. passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012, during a fatal motorcycle accident.
Keith Allen McIntosh Sr. was born to Halver and Kathie McIntosh on July 15, 1975, in Hammond, Ind.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Teri McIntosh; loving sons, Keith, Jr., John, Brian, Jason and Kasper; and loving daughter, Shiann; extended son, Xavian; loving sisters, Lisa (Mario), Sabrina (Jason), Priscilla (Ray Ray); loving grandma, Eleanor Westinghouse; loving mother-in-law, Nancy Hakes; two brothers-in-law, Tom (Lynne) and Jay (Misty); eight nieces, seven nephews, one great niece, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Chance McIntosh; and uncle and best friend, Billy Weatherford.
Keith was a pool installer for Great Escape for 15 years. He enjoyed his bowling league at Plaza Lanes in Highland, Ind. He was a Calumet High School Graduate of 1993 where he was on the wrestling team. Keith will be deeply missed by his loving and dear friends. God grant his eternal rest.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 1 p.m. in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Kenny Chapman and Frank Ball officiating. Burial will follow in the Coleman-McIntosh Cemetery, Sidney, Ky., Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time for the Funeral Saturday at the Funeral Home Chapel.
