Tonia Rose Bevins, 44, of Hatfield, Ky., passed away Tuesday May 8, 2012, at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born August 5, 1967, in Cleveland, Ohio, to George and Betty Horn Farley of Versailles, Ky., formerly of Forest Hills, Ky.

She was a housewife, a graduate of Belfry High School in 1985 and a member of the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church.

Besides her parents she is survived by her husband, Paul Bevins Jr.; two sons, Paul Andrew Bevins and Nathaniel Chase Bevins of the home; two sisters, Amy Michelle (Todd) Berndt of Nicholasville, Ky., and Jennifer Farley of Lexington, Ky.; three nieces, Savanna Prewitt, Gracie Prewitt and Makenna Rose; one nephew, Jordan Barbery; and a host of loving family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday May 11, at the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church with Old Regular Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow at Monty Bevins Cemetery, Hatfield, Ky., with family and friends serving as pallberaers. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Thursday night at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with special services at 7 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
