Brenda K. Hall, 58, of Holden, passed away Nov. 29, 2009, at the Appalachian Regional Hospital in South Williamson, Ky.

She was born July 7, 1951, at Williamson, the daughter of the late Clinton and Mary T. Collins Rice. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda “Suzie” Leonard.

Brenda was of the Baptist faith and attended the Lighthouse Community Church at Kermit. She also was a homemaker.

Her survivors include her husband of 22 years, Lorn E. “Blue” Hall; children, Bob and Glenda Kuhn of Piedmont, S.C., Lorn Howard Hall of Simpsonville, S.C., Michael and Samantha Kuhn of Beauty, Ky., Donald Murphy of Columbus, Ohio, Michelle and Johnny DIngess of Williamson; eight grandchildren;

sisters, Juanita (Jim) Riffe of Louisa, Ky., Nancy Ellen (Leslie) Curry of Jacobsburg, Ohio, Mae (Paul) Houston of Bethesda, Ohio, Beverly Dean of Hurricane, and Deidre (Lonnie) Bias of Danville; brothers, Doug (Donna) Rice of Mill Creek, and Dave (Peggy) Rice of Baisdentown.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dave and Peggy Rice.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. at the Chafin Funeral Home, Tuesday, Dec. 1, with Elder Eddie Hatfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Brown Family Cemetery, Belo. Pallbearers will be nephews, friends and family.
