JUSTICE — A Mingo County school bus driver was among three people arrested for selling drugs Monday in Justice.

The bus driver, Demetra Simpson, 45, her husband, Charles Simpson, 46, and Katrina Justice, 44, all of Justice, were arrested as the result of a two-month investigation by the West Virginia State Police.

According to WVSP Trooper Goldie, several undercover drug buys were made at various residences in Justice during the investigation.

The Simpsons were charged with three counts each of possession of oxycontin, marijuana and suboxone, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and five counts of conspiracy.

Justice was charged with one count of delivery of OxyContin.

In addition to Trooper Goldie, arresting officers in the case were Troopers Moore and Kuhn as well as Cpl. Harper.
