CHATTAROY — The Min-go County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Gallia County Ohio fugitive yesterday at Chattaroy.

The fugitive from justice warrant came in to the Williamson Police Department and officers took the warrant for Joseph White, 34, to the sheriff’s office, station officials reported.

Sgt. Joe Smith found White at a relative’s house in Chattaroy, arrested him and delivered him to the Southwestern Regional Jail at Holden, W.Va.

Joseph Sean White, 34, was arrested in March 2009 for probation violation in Gallipolis, Ohio, according to public records. He was out on bail and skipped a court proceeding.
