The West Virginia State Police is looking for a female who is evading authorities following an indictment from the Mingo County Grand Jury.

Sherry “Suzy” Ball of Lick Creek, Matewan, was indicted on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy.

Police officials said shortly after being indicted Ball disappeared. Now police are searching the area in hopes of finding Ball.

Ball is also wanted on a probation violation stemming from a previous felony drug crime in Montana.

Investigating Officer Trooper Moore stated that Ball has been entered into the NCIC computer, which sends bulletins to all the police agencies in the U.S. He said any details from the public would be helpful.

Anyone with information regarding Ball’s whereabouts should contact 911 or the Williamson State Police Detachment at 235-6000.
