Anita Cheryl Westfall, 62, formerly of Forest Hills, Ky., passed away Saturday, March 16, 2013, at her residence in Gainesville, Fla., following a long illness.

Born September 29, 1950, she was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Juanita McCoy; a sister, Connie McCoy; and her husband George Westfall.

She is survived by two sisters, Pamela (Denver) Marcum of Sevierville, Tenn., and Brenda (Claude) Dotson of Forest Hills, Ky.; two brothers, Dennis (Linda) McCoy of Kenova, and Michael (Jennifer) McCoy of Pikeville, Ky. She is also survived by one aunt, Lorraine Robinette of Murfreesboro, Tenn.

She was a member of the Forest Hills Baptist Church, was a U.S. Army veteran, and a Kentucky Colonel. She also enjoyed a 32-year nursing career prior to her illness. In keeping with her wishes, her remains were cremated and burial will follow at the Family Cemetery at Forest Hills.
