HUNTINGTON - Warren “Hitman” Browning of Lenore will face Bobby Thomas, Jr. of Clarksburg on Saturday, January 12 in Huntington, at the Big Sandy Arena for the West Virginia Cruiserweight Championship.

Browning is 17-2 with 13 knockouts, while Thomas is 11-1 and is the current W. Va. Cruiserweight champion.
The event is a part of the Huntington Toughman Contest.

Browning went to Tug Valley High School where he played football and baseball. He has recent wins at the King of the Coal Fields events in Madison, Logan, and Williamson - all were knockouts.
The event starts at 7 pm. and Browning and Thomas are slated to be the main event.

the Cruiserweight division is 200 lbs. and under.

Browning is ranked the No. 2 Cruiserweight in the country by the NABU. He trains at Lights Out Boxing Gym in Madison, W. Va. and is

managed by Dr. Chase Hill of Danville, W. Va.

Hill wants to invite all the Logan, and Mingo County fans to the fight. “He will need your support,” Hill said. “I would like to thank all his sponsors and supporters.”
