Carolyn Kay McCoy, 60, of Matewan, passed away December 1, 2012, at her home.

She was born February 28, 1952, at Williamson, the daughter of the late Joseph and Maxine McCoy.

Carolyn was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a homemaker.

Her survivors include her ex-husband, Wayne McCoy; sons, Willie Wayne McCoy of Matewan and Mickey (Cathy) McCoy of Michigan; daughter, Lisa Michelle (Gabriel) Mahon of Maewan; brothers, Chester McCoy and Bobby Joe McCoy; sister, Bernadine McCoy; and six grandchildren, Nicholas, Kattie, Bogdan, Frankie, Lena and Charlie.

Funeral services will be held Friday December 7, at noon with the Rev. David Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in the Canterbury Cemetery at Beech Creek. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the start of the funeral service on Friday.
