PIPPA PASSES — As Alice Lloyd College begins another exciting semester, the College is proud to announce the arrival of two new staff members and one faculty member for the Fall 2012 academic session.

Norman Bishop, of Midwest, Wyoming, will be an Assistant Professor of Education for the College. Mr. Bishop received his B.A. in Elementary Education with a focus in Secondary Social Studies and English and his M.A. in Special Education from the University of Wyoming. He is expected to graduate with his A.B.D. in Education Leadership from Northern Arizona University the winter of 2013.

Amy Ashley, of Pine Top, Kentucky, was recently appointed the new Cashier/Student Receivables Clerk for Alice Lloyd College.

Tiffany Owens, of Mousie, Kentucky, has recently been appointed the new Director of Marketing and Communications for Alice Lloyd College. Ms. Owens received her B.A. in Business Administration from ALC and M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

Alice Lloyd College is a private, four-year, liberal arts school located in Pippa Passes, Kentucky, in Knott County. Alice Geddes Lloyd founded the College in 1923 to educate mountain students for positions of leadership and service in Appalachia.
