Belfry basketball camp

The annual Fundamentals First basketball camp will be held June 4-6 at the Belfry High School gym under the direction of Coach Randy Casey. The camp will start each day at 9 a.m. and run till 12 noon. The registration will be $35 for each camper. Each participant will get a T-shirt.

MCHS Football Camp

The Mingo Central football coaches have announced their first football camp to be held at James “Buck” Harless Stadium June 8 and 9. Coach Yogi Kinder and his staff will be conducting the camp. Campers need to dress in athletic apparel. T-Shirts will be provided the day of the camp. Awards and prizes will be given on the final day of the camp. The cost is $25. K-4^th grade will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, while 5^th-9^th grade will be 3-5 p.m. for more information call 304-426-8799.

Panther basketball camp

The Tug Valley High School boys’ basketball team will be hosting the Panther Pride Basketball camp beginning on Tuesday June 5 and will run until Thursday June 7. The camp will begin at 9:00am and will last until 12 Noon. There will be special guest and prizes given away daily. Pre-registrations will begin on Monday, June 4 at 7:00 pm at the Tug Valley Gym. State Cheer Camp

The Tug Valley Cheer Boosters will host their 2nd annual State Champ Cheer Camp June 20 thru 22 at the TVHS Gymnasium. The price per participant is $50.00 and you must be 4 years of age to attend. There will also be a stunt clinic on June 19. Pre-registration dates will be June 4, 5 and 7 from 6-8 p.m. at Cheech’s in Lenore and Giovanni’s in Kermit. Stunt Clinic and the State Champ Cheer Camp!
