Terry Joe Blankenship, 59, of Stopover, Ky., passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012, at the Holston Valley Medical Center.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 19, at Phelps Funeral Services Chapel, Phelps, Ky., at 1 p.m. The Rev. Odis Blankenship officiated. Burial followed at Lester Cemetery, Stopover. The family received friends Wednesday, January 18, at the chapel.
Arrangements are under the direction of Phelps Funeral Services of Phelps.
