Paul Raymond Collins, 57, of Williamson, formerly of Matewan, passed away Monday, November 7, 2011, at Williamson Memorial Hospital. He was born May 1, 1954, in Williamson, to the late Herbert Williams and the late Rosie Lee Collins Bradley.
In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Paul was retired, having worked as a conductor for Norfolk and Southern Railroad.
He is survived by a son, Emanuel Raymond Collins, of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter, Jamilia Laverne (Shawn) Layne of Christiansburg, Va.; seven brothers; four sisters; and three granddaughters.
In honoring the request of Paul, he will be cremated.
