Born July 2, 1922 in Wayne County, the son of the late Ira B. Queen, Sr. and the late Maude Rigsby Queen.

Funeral services will be held at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel in Gilbert Saturday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. with Revs. Rex Thompson and Jackie Lester officiating. Burial will follow in the Justice Community Cemetery (Davis Cemetery) at Justice.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel of Gilbert.
Janice Lou Rasnick, 68 of Coal Mountain, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010 at the Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan.
Born Aug. 1, 1942 in Huntington, she was a daughter of the late Gerald and Freida Barry.

Harrison Smith, 88 and a resident of Irvine, Ky., formerly of Phelps, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2010 at the Irvine Healthcare Center in Irvine, Ky.
He was born Feb. 6, 1922 at Coleman, Ky., he was the son of the late Wilburn and Marcella Hackney Smith.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 30 at 11 a.m. at the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, Phelps, Ky. with elders Mike Smith, Jimmy Lee Smith and Paul Varney officiating. Burial will follow at the Ballard Smith Family Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter #141 of Belfry, Ky.
Visitation will be held after 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday at the chapel.
