The Williamson Daily News (WDN) has confirmed that Mingo Central High School is in “lockdown” – but all students are safe. There was a “threat” according to Ast. Superintendent Paula Brown. The school has followed the protocol and crisis plan. Reportedly their was an “incident” on Monday and again Tuesday morning. The WDN will monitor the situation and release more details as they become available. A reporter is headed to the school to gather more information.

Once again, all students are safe and this is just a precaution and the school is following “protocol.”
