GOODY, Ky. — The Belfry Pirates have achieved a lot this season and hope to take home a fourth state title. Four Belfry players have been invited to continue their season in the Best of the Bluegrass All-star game on Dec. 11.
Belfry’s four Division One recruits have been selected to participate with forty of the best players in the state on the Kentucky team that will square off against the Greater Louisville team after the post season has ended.
Austin Dotson, and Jordan Scott have been selected to play on the Kentucky offensive lien and Cole Bentley, and Ray Horton have been selected to play on the defensive line.
The game is set for 2:00 p.m. at St. Xavier High School and the Kentucky squad will be coached by Frankfort’s Craig Foley. The coach for the Greater Louisville squad will be named later this month.
