Mingo Central jumps four spots in the Prep Polls

RED JACKET – The Mingo Central Miners made a big jump forward in the W.Va. Prep Polls this week. last week the Miners were setting at 16th place but after beating Class 3A team Nitro, they made the leap to number 11 in the Class 2A rankings. Tolsia remained in 7th place. The miners will face Wayne this week and the Pioneers are barely inside the top 20.

The Tug Valley panthers dropped to number 11 in the polls after there loss to Class 2A Tolsia last Friday. The Panthers will face off against number eight Buffalo this week. Man High School remains in the number one spot.
