WILLIAMSON – The time is getting closer for the Williamson High School Athletic Hall of Fame inductions and those that plan to attend need to RSVP by September 5.
The induction weekend will be September 18 and 19 at the historic Williamson Fieldhouse in the new Hall of Fame room.
Family members and anyone else who plans to attend must contact Cecil Hatfield at 304-235-5240 or 235-4001 to purchase tickets for Friday, Saturday or both nights. Any former player who would like to bring their tennis shoes and go out on the Fieldhouse court to shoot a few baskets is welcome to do so.
The induction dinner and ceremony will be held on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the WHS HOF room. A full course dinner will be catered and served. Inductees are encouraged to come early for a “Meet and Greet” starting around 12 noon.
