Commonwealth Attorney releases recent Pike County indictments

Childers, 28, of Pikeville, was indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, a Class A misdemeanor.Audrea Lowe, 47, of Pikeville, stands indicted for a Class D felony charge of theft by unlawful taking.Joshua Adams, 36, of Pikeville, was indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking, a Class D felony and being a persistent felony offender, first-degree, which is a Class B Felony.
