MITCHELL BRANCH - A Red Jacket native was placed under arrest on Friday for trespassing and domestic assault after law enforcement was dispatched to the home of her mother, who had placed a call for help to Mingo County 911.

The complaint further stated that the defendant allegedly became belligerent with her mother, threatening to “burn her house down” and also threatened her with bodily harm.
