I really don't think people should get on here passing on things they have overheard and don't know themselves to be true because you can cause people a lot of trouble that they don't necessarily deserve. You apparently don't know the person that you are reporting very well or you would know that that isn't even her name being as she is married with children of her own and it isn't her home, it's her fathers home. So I'm assuming if you aren't in the know enough to know that then the information you are putting out there for the public isn't really to be relied on as the gospel either. I do hope that they find this young man and I do hope that anyone that has any information regarding his whereabouts get in touch with the police. I also hope that from now on people will refrain from posting names on a public site and finger pointing on what could be seen as a modern day witch hunt for reasons unbeknownst to me being as whether you realize it or not you could be causing trouble in someone's life that doesn't deserve it. I don't think you would like it if someone passed on rumors using your name and other people don't either. I do know that the individual you named in your comment has been in touch with the family trying to help them locate the young man even though I'm sure you had no idea nor do you care about that. It's much easier to try to cause trouble that give credit I suppose. I don't know why you felt the need to do this and I don't know you, but I do wish you would think about the possible consequences of things you post for the public to view before you use people's names in the future and think about what problems you could cause them in their lives that they may not deserve and how you would feel if someone were to do things to cause you those same problems. We all have enough problems of our own on a daily basis and don't need any added so just be conscious of what you're saying and what the repercussions could be in the future before you decide to plaster it on a public forum. I happen to know the lady in question and she would have no part in keeping the young man from being at home safe, in school and where he belongs. She wouldn't lie or hide him because she has children of her own that she loves and she wouldn't want anybody doing that to her. Once you become a mother you think of ALL children's well being first and foremost and she would want him back home and would help I'm sure in any way possible to get him there. If life with his birth mother wasn't in his best interest that isn't where she would want him to be and she would not aid in keeping him from those who love him. I was shocked and appalled when I read this comment because just seeing that someone would post a name and where someone lives on a public forum astounds me beyond belief. There are crazy people in this world that may have read this and stalked this woman's house thinking they were going to "crack the case" and she has children of her own for God sake. Please be more careful in the future. If you really thought this was the case then you should have contacted law enforcement yourself privately and not put this out there for the world to read. How would you feel if some psycho showed up at her house now and did something to her children or God forbid her? It's a sick world and this small town isn't immune to that kind of thing happening, if anything it's a breeding ground for that sort of insanity and anyone who has resided her for long knows that simply by events that have unfolded here over the years. I'm sure the young man will eventually come home. He is after all 17 and that's a rough age for children, not babies, but not yet adults. They think they are adults though at that age and they sometimes make bad decisions. The good thing is that he is old enough and big enough to where you don't really have to worry about him being held against his will if he really wants to find a way to come home. It's not like we're talking about a small child. If anything is holding this young man it's more than likely mental and he knows that his family here loves him and hopefully that will bring him home soon.

The family has had numerous reports that Austin has been seen several times at the home of Shawna Blanton in West Williamson with his sister Kurastin. If anyone sees him please contact the police or his family.
