Rita Ann Leibee Sammons Smith, 72, of Pinsonfork, Ky., formerly of Forest Hills, Ky., passed away Monday, February 4, 2013, at Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington, Ky.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday Evening, February 6, at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home, Belfry, Ky.
