WILLIAMSON - Mingo County Magistrate Court has released the arrest records for several individuals who were recently taken into custody.


Larry Ray Huff, 52, of Gilbert, was placed under arrest by West Virginia State Police (WVSP) Trooper J.R. Tupper on charges of second offense DUI, driving on a revoked license for reasons of DUI (second offense), driving suspended, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, littering and ATV on roadway.


Eric Shane Baisden, 24, of Delbarton, was arrested by WVSP Senior Trooper C.A. Douglas and was charged with DUI, striking a fixture on a hughway and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.


Kristen Sharon Farley, 32, of Delbarton, was taken into custody by WVSP Trooper J.R. Tupper and Delbarton Patrolman J.T. McCown and faces numerous charges including DUI, leaving the scene of a vehicle crash, left of center, driving on a suspended license, defective equipment, expired registration and receiving stolen property.


Milton Todd Johnson, 42, of Gilbert, was arrested by Mingo County Sheriff’s (MCSD) Deputies E. Williams and L. Thomas on charges of domestic battery.


James William McCallister, 60, of Lenore, was taken into custody by WVSP Trooper Jeff Matheny after being charged with DUI.


Paul Ray Baisden, 54, of Delbarton, was placed under arrest on charges of domestic battery.


Todd Michael Dotson, 38, of Williamson, was charged with 2nd degree DUI, aggravated DUI with breathalyzer results greater than 0.15, driving on a revoked license for reasons of DUI, ATV on roadway and driving on a suspended license, by WVSP Trooper J.R. Tupper.


Ronnie Campbell, 38, of Delbarton, faces charges of driving on a revoked license for reasons of DUI, expired MVI, no insurance and providing false information to an officer. The arrest was made by WVSP Trooper J.J. Dean III.


Herbert Leo Blevins, 31, of West Williamson, was arrested by MCSD Chief Field Deputy Joe Smith and Deputy Stephen Smith following him being charged with conspiracy and receiving and transferring stoeln property.
