Kyle Lovern/WDNA crew from the West Virginia Division of Highways has been working on a slide on U.S. Highway 52 (East 4th Avenue) in Williamson, just past the “hairpin curve” exit. Motorists are reminded to drive carefully in this area. Traffic is down to one lane and flagmen are on both sides of the route. The bank is being reinforced and then the guardrail will be repaired. The sidewalk leading to East End has also been affected.
