President signs measure overturning Anti-Coal Rule

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) Thursday joined President Donald Trump at the White House for the signing of a resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act to overturn President Obama’s final anti-coal regulation known as the Stream Protection Rule. Senator Capito and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) introduced the Senate resolution of disapproval earlier this month.
