Stanley honored


Brenda Stanley Phillips was honored with an ‘Above and Beyond’ Award by the Pike County Board of Education at its August meeting. Called “one of a kind,” by Belfry High School Principal Mark Gannon, Phillips was recognized as the ultimate Pirates fan and cheerleader.
