Back-to-School Immunization Clinic

WILLIAMSON — There will be a Back-to-School Immunization Clinic held at the Mingo County Health Department on Thursday, July 30 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Patients are required to be signed in no later than 5:00 p.m. and must bring all appropriate documentation. If your child has private insurance, you must have a referral from their physician. All patients must also have an up-to-date copy of their immunization record at the time of service.

Any child who is 17 years old or younger and is not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, must have written permission from that parent or legal guardian stating that the Mingo County Health Department has permission to vaccinate the child with all needed vaccinations.
