WILLIAMSON – The Williamson Public Library located in the Memorial Building on Logan Street in Williamson will start is 2016 Summer Reading Program on Wednesday, June 8.

The theme for the program is “On your mark, get set … Read!”

Join in on the fun at the library each Wednesday starting at 11 a.m. this summer with their reading program.

They will have different books to go with a weekly theme, as-well-as fun activities and crafts.

Kids of all ages are invited to attend.

On Wednesday, June 8 they will have a kid’s marathon. Kids will meet in the library and there will be refreshments and medals. Children must wear closed running shoes, no flip-flops or sandals are allowed.

The summer reading program runs through July 27, with the exception of July 6, because of the 4th of July holiday week.
