Kyle Lovern/WDN Photo The Tug Valley area was blanketed with up to four inches of snow Sunday night. The snow changed to rain on Monday, but was expected to turn back to snow Monday night. According to the National Weather some counties in the region were under a flash flood watch, however Mingo and Pike were not under as great a threat. More wet weather is predicted for today (Tuesday) and Wednesday. Street flooding, slush and ponding of water near drain and ditches is likely.
