Troopers seize drugs, firearms and money from residence

VIRGIE, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 09 Criminal Interdiction Team seized drugs, money and firearms from a Virgie, Ky. residence on Thursday, Jan. 14.

Terry Fouts, 57 of Virgie, was arrested after troopers obtained a search warrant for his residence. A search of the residence revealed various prescription pain medication and marijuana. Several fire arms were also found including hand guns, a shot gun and a rifle. Troopers also seized approximately $5,000 in cash from the home.

The case remains under investigation by Detective Adam Hall and will be presented to the Pike County Grand Jury.
