The Kid’s Power Wheel Race will be held at 1:00 p.m. as part of the Car and Bike Show events.

WILLIAMSON – The King Coal Festival Car and Bike Show is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19 in downtown Williamson.

Registration will take place between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Trophies will be awarded at 3:30 p.m. There is a $20 entry fee.

Trophies will be awarded for the Top 25. There will also be a new category this year, “Best Old Fire Truck.”

There will be a kid’s power wheel race at 1:00 p.m. The power wheels must be 12 volt only.

There will be local deejay’s playing oldies music as well as food and craft vendors and live entertainment.

There will be door prize drawings for participants and a 50/50 cash drawing.
