New Magistrate

Several attorneys, employees of the courthouse, friends and others crowded into the room to watch Mounts being sworn in. Mounts, a Gilbert native, gave a heartwarming speech after the swearing in. He will start his duties November 1 and replaces Magistrate Dee Sidebottom who is retiring after 31 years of service.
