Constance J. Bruns – Enicks, formerly of St. Marys, Ohio, died Friday September 23, in Zephyrhills, Fla. She was born March 21, 1941 in Lenore, to Nelson and Emma Bevins Hall.
On August 22, 1983, in Greenville, Ohio, she married Franklin O. Enicks, who died June 30, 2004.
Survivors include sons, John (Donna) Bruns of St. Marys, Dan (Mary) Bruns of Zephyrhills; daughter, Donna (Doug) Albers of New Bremen, Ohio; six grandchildren, Andrew Bruns, Justin Bruns, Mitchell Bruns, Ross Bruns, Jake Albers, Jenna Albers; sisters, Donna (Joe) Boerger of Dayton, Ohio, Patty (Ray) Hardings of Bryan, Ohio; brothers Nelson (Debbie) Hall, Jr. of Lenore, Ronnie (Deb) Hall of Lenore; best friend Joyce Kochol of Zephyrhills.
Preceded in death by father, Nelson Hall; mother, Emma Helton; husbandm Franklin Enicks; former husband John Bruns, Sr.
Retired from Crown Equipment Corp. in New Bremen, Ohio, where she worked as a receiving inspector.
She was a member of Agape Baptist Church in Zephyrhills, and had been a member of VFW Post # 9289 auxiliary Eagles Lodge Aerie # 767 (both in St. Marys), Moose Lodge in Celina and American Legion auxiliary in Coldwater.
Constance enjoyed retirement living in sunny Florida. While there, she volunteered for WWJD Food Ministry. Her favorite pastimes included reading, shopping, cruising and caring for her canine companion, “Tiny”.
Services are scheduled 10:30 a.m. Saturday October 1, at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 Werst Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial will follow at Burge Cemetery in Montezuma, Ohio. Visitation is from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
