Mingo County Magistrate Court docket released

WILLIAMSON - Mingo County Chief Magistrate Dallas Toler is preparing for another busy week with three full days of court cases set, beginning this morning at 9 a.m.

Scheduled for today are the cases of Terry Lee Vance II, DUS/non DUI; Justin Joseph Kyle Butcher, domestic battery; Joe Marcum, battery and destruction of property; Brandon Muncy, battery; Timothy Parsley, conspiracy and fraudulent schemes; Leann Parsley, conspiracy and fraudulent schemes; Michael Lee Sloan, three counts of brandishing, three counts of assault and one charge of obstructing; Mamie Irene Sada, obtaining prescription by fraud; William Wolford, burglary, grand larceny and destruction of property; and Harold Smith, grand larceny.

The following cases are set for Wednesday, August 21, at 9 a.m.:

Carson Jones, unlawful wounding and malicious wounding; Matthew Cantrell, public intoxication, trespassing/asked to leave and obstructing an officer; Shelia Grimmett, left of center and DUI; Misty Dillon, destruction of property and domestic battery; Robert Brooks II, DUI 2nd offense, DUS/revoked for DUI; Connie Williams, failure to maintain control and no seatbelt; Lisa Fields, public intoxication and obstructing an officer; Danny Messer, DUS for DUI, no helmet and ATV on roadway; and John Adams, DUI third offense, speeding and expired insurance.

On Thursday, these cases will be called before Magistrate Toler:

Kirk Mullins, left of center, DUS/DUI, 2nd offense and Dui 2nd offense; Roger Hurley, domestic battery; Anthony Fleming, domestic battery and fleeing on foot; Charles White; carrying a concealed weapon, DUS for DUI, second offense; Stanley Messer, impersonating an officer; Tasha Mitchem, fleeing, no vehicle and fleeing; Amanda Mitchem, violating an EPO; Lawrence Wilkerson, two counts of possession with intent to deliver; Isaac Baisden, obstructing an officer and trespassing; Aaron Thomson, domestic battery; William David Maynard, DUS/Miscellaneous and DUI, greater than .15; Austin Tyler Marcum, domestic battery; Scotty Horn, domestic battery; Jamie Lee Prater, brandishing, fleeing and conspiracy; Gary Lee Blankenship, fleeing; James Hinkle, murder; and Roy Chafin, malicious wounding and destruction of property.

Cases may be added to the docket or removed at the discretion of the Mingo County Magistrate Clerk’s office.
