“We were just horrible the first half of the game especially, the second quarter. We had a little heart to heart discussion in the locker room at halftime and played much better the second half.,” Smith said. “But that still doesn’t excuse them for their play and effort in the first half. We will practice the next two days and see what changes we need to make before we play Man on Thursday.”
Tug Valley is now 8-4 on the season and will play at Man on Thursday. Belfry is now 5-9 on the season and they play East Ridge at home last night.
